Message	the big culprit is the expansion valve tends to freeze up. I replaced mine and all the system o rings and swapped out the condensor for the 93+ unit. Still filled with R-12 but sadly found that my compressor front shaft seal was the leaky culprit, but found a guy in Ocala that resealed my other Z's compressor for ~$50, Jon at Air Parts.
